Temple of Ba’al unveiled at GlobalElite Summit G7 2017

Being dubbed the Arch of Peace by Italians since it was installed at the G7 Summit, The Arch of Palmyra, Temple of Bel / Baal is making it rounds again.

It stood throughout Easter / Passover (27th March to the 27th April) and is being showcased in Florence.  During February the Arch was erected in Dubai.

The installation in Florence coincided with the G7 Summit and also being erected in Palazzo Vecchio and on the 30th and  31st March 2017,  it is deemed as a symbol of the rebirth and reconstruction of humanity’s cultural heritage, which are continually at risk from the dangers of humankind and nature.

This erection followed a meeting held for the remaining 27 leaders of the European Union at the Vatican with the Jesuit Francis.

The installation will also feature a Chimera, a genetic hybrid.

This monstrous beast was first mentioned in the Iliad, where Homer describes it as an hybrid of three different creatures: a lion, a goat and a snake. The beast’s head was fire-breathing; the Chimera was killed by the noble Bellerophon, son of Glaucus, as the Gods predicted. The Chimera is also mentioned in Hesiod’s Theogony and in Virgil’s Aeneid.

The Florentine reported

the Chimera di Arezzo will go on special display in the Sala Leone X as part of the exhibition Chimera Relocated: Taming the Beast”.

Interestingly, Neptune who is Poisedon, who is Nimrod, is featured in the background as though he could walk through the arch.

The facts from the original texts of Plato about the destruction of Atlantis was that the Sons of Poseidon had become wicked and corrupted.  They venerated a merderous supetnatural “Bull” creature with rites rituals including blood sacrifices.

There is a long standing tradition amongst Greeks that Poisedon is the same kind of figurehead with that of Satan.

Palmyra was an ancient city of central Syria, located in an oasis 130 miles (210 km) NE of Damascus.

Once dubbed the “Bride of the Desert,” Palmyra was a vital stop for caravans crossing the Syrian desert. Palmyra was mentioned in the Old Testament as being fortified by Solomon and it flourished in Roman times.

The Greek name for the city, Palmyra is a translation of its original Aramaic name, Tadmor, which means ‘palm tree’. Tadmor is today the name of a small city next to the ruins, heavily dependent on tourism. Tadmor is mentioned in the Bible (2 Chronicles 8:4) as a desert city that was fortified by King Solomon.

So why does the Arch of Ba’al arrive for an important world event?  could it be possible that when we are erecting these symbols that we are laying out “welcome mats” for the Antichrist? Some scholars think just that.
You don’t have to be an expert to see that something very strange is going on. Monuments that have a direct link back to Nimrod and to ancient Babylon are starting to be erected all over the world, and I believe that is a very ominous sign for our future.

Antarctica Ancient Civilisation?

Morning from the Shire, Sunday morning and I decided to pick up the computer and start with Google Earth, and with all the recent hype in respect of Antarctica, I decided to have a look around the islands.   Visiting Port-Aux-Francais, I discovered Sacred Geometry carved into the landscape, is this evidence of a prehistoric civilisation?

Please subscribe to my Channel.

Image: Twiggie

What is visible from Google Earth is astounding.   Three circles in a Triangle formation.

The circles visible resembled a ring ditch. In archaeology, a ring ditch is a trench of circular or penannular plan, cut into bedrock. Usually identified through aerial photography either as soil marks or cropmarks. When these are excavated, ring ditches are usually found to be the ploughed‐out remains of a round barrow where the barrow mound has completely disappeared, leaving only the infilled former quarry ditch.  Both Neolithic and Bronze Age ring ditches have been discovered.

Hexagons in the landscape, beneath this you can also see a ghosting in the landscape.

many-sides-hexagon_c257cb16ec8926cd.jpg

The frozen continent of Antarctica is known for its harsh conditions and climate that make it difficult to sustain life. However, millions of years in the past it was a different story altogether.   Are we seeing evidence of ancient settlement (not one but four in close proximity to one another)?

The Hexagon… is this made up of smaller standing stones? Rings of Megalithic stones are common in Europe, these built approximately 4,000 years ago and indeed were an impressive feat for the primitive people who constructed them.   But hexagonal, this surely is a fabulous discovery!

fol_stonehedge_1.jpg

Sacred geometry may be understood as a worldview of pattern recognition, a complex system of hallowed attribution and signification that may subsume religious and cultural values to the fundamental structures and relationships of such complexes as space, time and form. According to this discipline, the basic patterns of existence are perceived as sacred: for by contemplating and communing with them one is thereby contemplating the Mysterium Magnum, the patterning relationships of the Great Design. By studying the nature of these patterns, forms and relationships and their manifold intra- and interconnectivity one may gain insight into the scientific, philosophical, psychological, aesthetic and mystical continuum. That is, the laws and lore of the Universe.

Image: Twiggie

Could the white dot (within the Hexagon, within the circle) be a large standing stone, or a stone sphere likened to the Giant stone spheres like the so-called Diquis Spheres which were used for astronomical purposes?

images.jpeg
Boscombe Ring Barrow Enclosure

Another enigma, is that these sacred shapes are visible from Air, carved into the landscape, a perfect triangle, a perfect circle, equal distance and then, a perfect hexagon!

If we are to believe HIS-TORY, human beings have been migrating since the dawn of our species.  For the vast majority of that time, populations moved across continents without the aid of domestic animals.  According to historians, every continent was inhabited except Antarctica.

Asherah the Divine Feminine

March is women’s history month, so to celebrate the Divine Feminine I have been taking a looksey at a Goddess long forgotten about named Asherah.

This four-tiered cult stand found at Tanaach is thought to represent Yahweh and Asherah, with each deity being depicted on alternating tiers. Note that on tier two, which is dedicated to Asherah, is the image of a living tree, often thought to be how the asherim as a cult symbol was expressed. Photo: © The Israel Museum, Jerusalem/Israel Antiquities Authority (photograph by Avraham Hay).

Warning …. this is a super long post.  So before I begin, I will state this.

The problem is we simply do not know enough about the goddesses of antiquity.  We know there were many. And we know there were women who didn’t claim divinity as well. Basically, we just don’t know!

According to theologian and historian Francesca Stavrakopoulou, God had a wife and her name was Asherah.

3534595889.jpg

Phoenician figure, probably of the Canaanite goddess Astarte (also known as Ashera), 7th century B.C.E.

So who was Asherah or more importantly what is Asherah?

Well, she  crops up in many ancient sources, and crosses ancients civilisations.

  • Ancient Semitic Religion – a mother goddesss.   Consort to the God Anu.
  • Akkadian (3000 BC) writings by the name of Ashratum/Ashratu
  • Hittite (16th -13th c BC) as Asherdu(s) or Ashertu(s) or Aserdu(s) or Asertu(s).
  • Asherah, along with Astarte and Anath, was one of the three great goddesses of the Canaanite pantheon. In Canaanite religion her primary role was that of mother goddess
  • Asherah is generally considered identical with the Ugaritic (6000 -1200 BC) goddess ʼAṯirat.- A consort of the god El
  • Consort to the God Yahweh the god of Israel and Judah during the Iron Age 930-586 BC.  אשרה Hebrew.  In the Bible Asherah is mostly associated with sacred trees or poles (Exodus 34:13, Judges 6:25).
  • According to the Oxford Companion to the Bible, Asherah was associated with lions, serpents and sacred trees.
  • Asherah – is Hecate.

Asherah Epithets

Ancient texts contain many epithets for the Goddess Asherah. To mention a few:-

“Great Mother Goddess”
“Creator of Vegetation and Life”
“Queen of Heaven”
“Lady who Treads on the Sea”
“Mother of the Gods”
“Holiness”
“Hebrew Goddess”
“Vital Force of Nature”

“Lion Lady”
“Eve”
“the One of the Serpent.”

Asherah and Yahweh

Was the phallus on the figure with breasts on the right (N) engraved on purpose by the ancient sculptor, or is it a wear scratch? In this case, it could be a representation of Asherah alongside Yahweh, especially as the lion represented on the same object is often associated with it. (© left picture: from “Dieux, déesses et figures divines”, by Othmar Keel and Christoph Uehlinger, Paris: Editions Cerf; © right picture: from “L’invention de Dieu” by Thomas Römer, Paris: Seuil.

If there was a “Mrs God” before Yahweh became the only God, archaeologists should logically have found traces of this goddess. But it was a sensitive subject, as any proof of the union between Yahweh and his Asherah was heavily disputed. As happened with the inscribed jars, found at Kuntillet Ajrud. Because this pottery does not just evoke “Yahweh and his Asherah”, but is richly illustrated too.

On the jar, two cows can be seen, a seated lady musician and two humanoid figures, one with a phallus and the other with breasts. There are a lot of animal drawings on the other side of the jar, particularly lions, which are often associated with Asherah, around a stylised tree.

The remains excited intense debate. Was the goddess depicted on this jar? If she was, which one was she? One of the cows? The lady musician or the humanoid figure with breasts? Or the stylised tree?

The name Asherah translates as “she who moves across the water.” Pure and timeless, Asherah is the Spirit of God who was there in the beginning, moving upon the face of the deep and rejoicing over God’s handiwork (Genesis 1:1; Proverbs 8:30). She is the Queen of Heaven mentioned in Revelation 12:1. She is represented in Scripture by her namesake Sarah— her name being a variation and archetype of Asherah. However, by the time we get to the prophets, we see a whole new pattern emerging— that of a people committing spiritual harlotry, characterised by the prostitute Gomer being pursued by her faithful husband Hosea. This image is further perpetuated by the Cannanite belief that Asherah was constantly cheating on her husband El with his arch-nemesis Baal, the god of the storms; this story mirroring the strange and erratic behavior of the gods in the ancient world. However, whatever this is, it is my firm conviction that this is not behavior that is becoming of an Israelite goddess! Something about this scenario just does not sit quite right with me. It almost seems as if Asherah has had her dignity stripped of her by the very people she represents, not the fertility rituals that have come to characterise and mar Her image.

Okay, she’s a goddess – what rituals were performed ?

Here is the thing about studying about Asherah worship. When I started studying this and looking into this goddess worship, I couldn’t find a thing. I wanted to know how it was that they served her. I wanted to know the rituals and the ways of Asherah. But, as I studied, I found out that it was a ‘secret’ female religion. They didn’t write much about it because of the secrecy of it. Therefore, for us, who live in the NOW, we struggle to find out what Asherah worship entailed. We struggle to find out what really happened during ceremonies and rituals that belonged to the ‘the secret sect of female goddess worship’. Therefore, scholars can’t agree on what was what. They can’t agree on her rituals or what she required of her worshipers.

Even in Ancient Rome, they had a celebration that only women could attend and was kept a secret. The only reason that we know about it, is because lawsuits were recorded.

Asherah
Asherah There is strong evidence for a female deity venerated in the first temple of Judiasm

The Iron Age occupants of Israel have a reputation as the creators of monotheism, but objective biblical scholars (the ones without a religious motive behind their research) believe that archaeological and religious records indicate this development was slow in coming. To be blunt: most of the Israelites through most of their history were probably, as it turns out, polytheists. And this was not simply a matter of falling into the habit of taking on foreign religion. Rather, the Israelites were probably themselves Canaanites and their original gods appear to have been Canaanite gods. The Hebrew means “happy” or “upright” and some suggest “(sacred) place.” The term appears 40 times in the Hebrew Bible.  Asherah appears as a Goddess by the side of Baʿal, whose consort She evidently became, at least among the Canaanites of the south.

dieu_58_large.jpg

It is also believed that The Book of Jeremiah, written around 628 BC, possibly refers to Asherah when it uses the title “Queen of Heaven”.   This is also a title given to a number of ancient sky goddesses worshipped throughout the ancient Mediterranean and Near East during ancient times.

If there was a doctrine of rebirth in early Israelite religion, then perhaps the closest one may come to such a teaching would be within the cult precinct of the goddess or the grove. There is strong evidence that in first temple Judaism fertility was venerated, not under the auspices of Yahweh, but with his consort Asherah, the goddess of rebirth.

Let’s just pause here and reflect.   Agriculture, the first and most important invention of humans, was strongly influenced by such things as a fertility goddess. Because crops were a life or death issue to everyone, Asherah was pictured as being equal to Yahweh and, in fact, his loving bride.   An Oxford scholar has argued that the Book of Kings reveals the Hebrews worshiped Asherah and Yahweh in Yahweh’s Israelite temple.

Asherah

Although during the past decades many religious scholars, historians and some theologians have discussed Asherah and her relationship to the Hebrew God Yahweh, it’s generally recognised that the first to discover that the ancient Hebrews worshiped both deities equally was historian Raphael Patai.  It was in 1967 when Raphael Patai was the first historian to mention that the ancient Israelites worshiped both Yahweh and Asherah.

By the time of the Babylonian exile she had been exiled from the religion and dropped from all the texts. Egyptian Jews, however, maintained a temple to the Queen of Heaven, and early Christian Jews, according to Margaret Barker, may have imported this tradition into the new faith, flowering in the cult of the Virgin Mary.  This was about the time 586BC.  Eventually only one male God—without a wife—was accepted and preached and believed by people of all the countries of the world.

~ Queen of Heaven, Asherah ~

Biblical texts reveal how Asherah was worshipped as the Queen of Heaven in
Judah and Jerusalem:

“We will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven
and will pour out drink offerings to her
just as we and our fathers, our kings and our officials
did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem.

At that time we had plenty of food
and were well off and suffered no harm.
But ever since we stopped burning incense to the
Queen of Heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her,
we have had nothing and have been perishing by sword and famine.”
Jeremiah 44:17-18

MVC-118S

Gaza Coin of Asherah & Yahweh 538-328BC

Despite continual denials, the Bible clearly states that Asherah/Lady Wisdom was there from the very beginning.

Asherah / Lady Wisdom declares:-

“The Lord possessed me
in the beginning of his way…
I was set up from everlasting,
              from the beginning…”
“Then I was by him,
as one brought up with him:
  and I was daily his delight… ”
(Prov. 8:22,30 KJV)

So, The Lord God, through Moses, forbade the worship of Asherah.

Typical! The day that women were recognised for her wisdom, beauty and guile was now to be wiped.   History HIS-STORY now written mainly by men and about men’s activities in the public sphere—war, politics, diplomacy and administration.  Women to be demonised and excluded and, when mentioned, are usually portrayed in sex-stereotypical roles such as wives, mothers, daughters and mistresses.   Okay little rant over and back to narrative, so The Law (made by men) specified that a grove of trees was not to be near the altar of the Lord (Deuteronomy 16:21). Despite God’s clear instructions, Asherah-worship was a perennial problem in Israel.  They still worshiped Her under every green tree, according to the Hebrew Bible (what Christians call the Old Testament).

So Asherah didn’t completely disappear, however. When Moses is instructed by God to make a menorah to light the temple, it is described as a stylised almond tree (Exodus 25.31-39). The biblical historian Margaret Barker suspects that this sacred tree figure was one of the symbols of Asherah. So the menorah may be one last lingering trace of the bible’s first couple.

The Bible also tells us Her image was to be found for years in the temple of Solomon, where the women wove hangings for Her. In temple and forest grove, Her image was apparently made of wood, since monotheistic reformers demanded it be chopped down and burned. It appears to have been a manmade object, but one carved of a tree and perhaps the image was a stylised tree of some kind.

So … Asherah or God-the-Mother was considered God’s equal and his spouse for centuries up until around 500 years before Christ.

For several reasons at that time, among which was all the perversions surrounding Her worship, it was deemed “safer” to go to all-male-god religion. People just could not separate sex from Goddess worship, and her temples and places of worship (groves of trees on hilltops) sadly had become glorified brothels.   These groves were date palms.

So … why does Moses carry an Asherah stick / staff)

It was a secret staff of power.

The Divine Feminine.

Asherah, tree goddess, mother of life, was lost. Truly, WOMEN were cast out of the Garden of Eden by Yahweh, or at least, his supporters. Separated from the Tree of Life, our mother, we flounder like orphans.    We are surrounded by Mother Nature and she seeps into our traditions – Goddess is lost, officially, but remembered deep within. perhaps without noticing.

We could say the same about Mary Magdalene whom was kept hidden (veiled) and edited out of mainstream Christianity. She  remained in Gnostic scriptures and in underground Christianity.

Symbology and Representations

Asherah was represented by a limbless tree trunk planted in the ground. The trunk was usually carved into a symbolic representation of the goddess. Because of the association with carved trees, the places of Asherah worship were commonly called “groves,” and the Hebrew word “asherah” (plural, “asherim”) could refer either to the goddess or to a grove of trees.

Some of the drawings also conform to well-established or at least suggested iconography of the goddess Asherah. Some conservative scholars used to make a distinction between Asherah the goddess and Asherah as an cultic object (sacred pole).

Themes are kindness, love, divination and foresight.

However, this sounds delightful we have then in the His-Story written record that these groves were used as places of debaunchery, whoring and glorified brothels (as mentioned above).

So in the bible written by men she was largely excluded.  Her name   appears as ha asherah, meaning “the” asherah. In such instances the reference is not to the goddess but to a symbol of her, as discussed above, an object (in the plural asherim) that was apparently a sacred pole, tree, or group of trees, which got me thinking about the Tree and Pole.

Evidence? Dr Stavrakopoulou with a reconstruction of a biblical inscription mentioning Asherah and Yahweh

The inscription was photographed and recorded by archaeologists and scholars of ancient Israelite religion, so we know what it looked like  –  and importantly  –  what it said.

Dating to about the 8th Century BC, it was found at a remote site called Kuntillet ‘Ajrud, and was written on a large piece of a broken pottery.  The inscription is a petition for a blessing. Crucially, the inscription asks for a blessing from ‘Yahweh and his Asherah’. Here was evidence that presented Yahweh and Asherah as a divine pair.

Finds in Israel add weight to theory God “had wife”

YahooNews Hebrew HeadFemale figurines and inscribed prayers to a “divine couple” found in temples in Israel suggest that the “one God” of the Bible may not have been entirely alone.
A find by Jerusalem at Tel Motza, “suggests that Iron Age religion in the area around Jerusalem may not have been monotheistic just before the time the Hebrew Bible – the basis of the Old Testament – started to be written.

Garden of Eden

“Yahweh’s Divorce from the Goddess Asherah in the Garden of Eden” or Was the Garden of Eden story created to dishonour and defame Asherah?

The Garden of Eden story is a recycling of standard  Mesopotamian myths. It is no accident that the narrative includes a sacred Tree of Life (one of Asherah’s attributes) and a serpent (another one of Asherah’s attributes).  By deliberately interweaving Asherah representations into the Garden of Eden story, the authors were able to successfully defame Eve/Asherah – the Feminine component of religious worship.

Author Arthur George presents addresses this further in “Yahweh’s Divorce from the Goddess Asherah in the Garden of Eden.”

Jesus’ Wife Expunged from Bible Also

Jesus wife

Asherah may not be the only female expunged from biblical texts!!

“My wife” – declares Jesus on a coptic papyrus fragment translated by Karen King, a professor at Harvard Divinity School and validated by two other experts from Princeton and NYU.

Do we secretly,  without knowing, acknowledge Asherah’s presence ?

YES!

The churches here in England are often sited on the grounds where Yew Trees grow.  They used to be placed within a circle of Yews which is more than likely s legacy of the Druids.   The Yew being associated with immortality, renewal, regeneration, everlasting life, rebirth and transformation – Does this sound familiar as these qualities are all associated with the Mother Goddess Asherah.   Many of the sacred yew groves were destroyed by The Romans as too the Druids when Christianity and her Legions marched through our sacred lands.

What’s with these Poles?

Ha! they are Phalic Symbols ! Well they have to be don’t they.   Asherah was a fertility goddess for Pete’s sake.

The first mention of the Asherah pole is in Exodus 34:13 (NIV): “Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones and cut down their Asherah poles.” The Israelites were commanded to destroy any Asherah pole they found among the other people in the land.   Again, what’s with all the anger from this monotheistic God !

VaticanObelisk.jpg

We see them daily, of course they are the steeples on our Churches and of course let’s not forget Obelisks !  One most famous Obelisk is featured at the Vatican City – that being 4000 years old and in actual fact, many are located in Rome, I was actually stunned by the amount of Obelisks I encountered.  In fact, 13 of them!

It was the largest non-inscribed obelisk to leave Egypt, at 25.31 m high on a base of 8.25m wide and weighing an estimated 326 tonnes.

pink-statue-of-liberty.jpg

One could also say, that the Statue of Liberty could well be an Asherah Pole!

“Do not set up any wooden Asherah pole beside the altar you build to the LORD your God” – Deuteronomy 16:21 NIV

Statue_of_liberty_01.jpgIf you look at the Statue of Liberty you will notice that near her feet the robe resembles a tree trunk. The statue appears such that she totally *could* be carved out of a single (yet giant) tree. Even the angle at which she holds the torch is extraordinarily parallel – much like a pole. From torch to toe the Statue of Liberty resembles a pole.

Asherah Poles are located as Obelisks in Capital Cities (for an indepth gallery of these, visit wiki), the following gives a flavour.

  • Cleopatra’s Needle – London
  • Carlton Hill, Edinburgh,
  • Place de la Concorde, Paris
  • Istanbul, Turkey
  • Washington, USA
  • Lisbon, Portugal
  • Delhi, India
  • Manila, Phillipines
  • Sydney, Australia
  • Auckland, New Zealand

Asherah Pole – Jewish Gematria = 328   English Gematria = 648   Simple Gematria = 108 which also is the gematria for The Lord God, Born of Fire, Dark Messiah, Lord of Death, I am not Here etc etc..

But what is celebrated here in England every 1st May.

The Ribbons represent the female principle and the wreath which is normally placed at the top represents the vagina of the goddess.  Some researchers believe the Maypole dance can be traced as far back as ancient Babylon.

The maypole – which originally was a huge phallus.  A  huge wooden phallus, and people would dance around it, wrapping it in colorful ribbons as they worshipped their sex deity, Asherah.

This was  later simplified into a pole, and it’s previous meanings have been veiled in ignorance through tradition and denial. Look carefully, and you’ll see there is a boy and a girl closely aligned to the pole, being told to stand there, yet being completely unaware of the significance of the setting they are at the center of. This is why Pagan worship is called occult — the true meaning of things is “hidden” from view, yet in plain sight to those who are initiated to the secrets!

Oh and let’s not forget that time of year when we erect a TREE in our house and pop presents around it (offerings).   This solstice tree is drawn directly from the Pagan worship, transformed for public consumption. The Asherim were considered altars in themselves also, where animals and humans were ritually sacrificed. This altar could take the form of a tree stump, with the trunk snapped-off, leaving jagged spike-like splinters.

Obviously, this can be broken down further, totem poles, the cross but yes …. YES YES she is hidden, but open your eyes and she is still rather hip today.

Asherah – Simple Gematria = 60

Asherah – Jewish Gematria = 193

The Mormon church began in a sacred grove where Joseph Smith had his first vision. From the beginning the Goddess was there. She may not have been there in physical form, but She was there symbolically.

Conclusion

When you really think about it “Asherah” has morphed from goddess to wooden pole to obscurity, Father God, Creator of the universe, has never changed.

Whether Asherah was worshiped as God’s wife, remains a matter of debate. Although folk religion accepted the worship of the Mother Goddess, it remains a fact that no Hebrew word for “goddess” appears in the Hebrew Bible, that Yahweh is never called “mother” in the Old Testament, and that he was never worshiped as a female deity.

To call God “mother” and to worship him as a female God is to return to Canaanite religion and to the pagan practices of the religions of the ancient Near East. In the Hebrew Bible God is presented as the father and husband of Israel. The Bible never refers to God as mother or wife.

To address God as a “she” or as “mother” is to return to the worldview prevalent in Canaanite religion. The prophets of the Old Testament struggled against the syncretistic tendencies of the people of Israel. To return to the practices of the folk religion of Israel is to abandon the prophetic struggle to desacralise sexuality in Israel.

Game of Thrones in Scotland

Archaeologists hunt for long-lost tomb of Scottish king.

The tomb of a medieval king whose murder changed the course of Scottish history in a real-life “Game of Thrones” could be unearthed in a new hi-tech project

Archaeologists and virtual reality artists want to digitally recreate the court of King James I of Scotland in Perth, around 40 miles from Edinburgh, and try to find the king’s tomb buried beneath the modern-day city.   James I was assassinated in Perth on 4 February 1437 while he was in the royal apartments at the Blackfriars monastery in Perth.  He was later buried at the Charterhouse monastery.   Perth Charterhouse was the only Carthusian house in Scotland, and was the special project of James I.

James I was stabbed to death in 1437

But the priory was destroyed in the reformation 100 years later and no-one is sure of the grave’s exact location.

A monument marks the area where James I’s remains are believed to be buried

The team has been inspired by the discovery of King Richard III of England beneath a car park in Leicester.

“It’s like ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Outlander’ all rolled into one—except this story is real,” said Paul Wilson, who is leading the digital visualisation project at Glasgow School of Art (GSA).

His queen, Joan Beaufort, would also be buried there in 1445.

Joan Beaufort, daughter of John of Gaunt & Katherine Swynford, Lady Ferrers & Countess of Westmoreland c., 1377-1440. Joan is pictured leading her daughters in prayer.

Nearly a hundred years later, in 1541, Margaret Tudor (Sister to Henry VIII was also buried in the Charterhouse after her death at Methven.

A portrait of Margaret Tudor, Queen of Scotland. The sister of the infamous Henry VIII, Margaret is a direct ancestor of every British Monarch since James I, who was her great-grandson.

However, the Charterhouse was destroyed during the Reformation, like many of Perth’s other religious foundations.

On August 8th, in 1503, James IV married Margaret Tudor at Holyrood Abbey in Edinburgh, Scotland.

James I was assassinated on February 21, 1437, by supporters of a rival claimant to the throne, an act which historians say brought an end to his ambition to make Perth the capital of Scotland.

“That day changed Scotland forever,” Wilson said.

The king’s mausoleum lay at the heart of a Carthusian priory called the Charterhouse, which was modelled on the Grande Chartreuse in the French Alps.

New Clue from Sutton Hoo

Scientists examined the black organic samples and found them to be bitumen  (Burger et all 2016)

Over 75 years after its discovery, the Sutton Hoo ship burial still has new secrets to give up.

It was first excavated in 1939 and is known for the spectacular treasure it contained including gold and garnet jewellery, silverware, coins and ceremonial armour of broad geographical provenance.

Analysis of material from its central burial chamber has produced evidence of far-reaching 7th-century trade connections with the Middle East.

When the Anglo-Saxon princely grave was excavated in 1939, a number of lumps of black organic material were recovered, which were subsequently identified as ‘Stockholm Tar’. This was used as a water-proofing agent and timber preservative, and is know from other early medieval boat burials in Britain and Europe.

1431734788265-helmetNow, however, a study by the British Museum and the University of Aberdeen, recently published in the open-access journal PLOS ONE, has uncovered rather more exotic origins for the finds. Chemical analysis revealed that they are in fact fragments of bitumen, probably from the Middle East.

Archaeological finds of this material from the early medieval period or earlier are extremely rare in Britain, despite the abundance of natural sources here- and the Sutton Hoo fragments represent what is thought to be the first material evidence for Middle Eastern bitumen being traded into northern Europe in this period.

During the study, the chemical composition of the Sutton Hoo fragments was compared to bitumen samples from sites in Britain including Shropshire, Derbyshire, Gwynedd, Cornwall, Caithness and Dorset, as well as from Syria, Lebanon, and the Dead Sea region. This revealed that the pieces most likely came from the Syria Area.

This origin fits well with the provenance of some of the other finds in the ship burial, which include Levantine textiles, a Coptic bowl, and silver tableware from Byzantium, the team have reported.

Although the original form and purpose of the bitumen remains unknown, the researchers suggest it may have been deliberately placed in the burial chamber, perhaps representing the surviving component of an ornamental object, or included as a prestigious raw material.

Historical Witch Bottles

Witch Bottle Winchester

Witch bottles, or ‘Bellarmines’, are a protective folk charm found mostly in England and the United States, and have been documented since the 16th century.

They were primarily used by non-witches rather than witches, to protect against ‘maleficium’, or offensive magic. They could also be used as curses.

A so-called ‘witch bottle’ was found with a cat’s skull in a pit during the WHS excavations at 25/27 Battersea Square in 1972 (WHS site code BAT II). This example used a salt-glazed stoneware Bartmann jug or bottle (also known as a Bellarmine jug/bottle) conveniently decorated with a medallion bearing the date 1669. As it was found in several pieces we do not know whether it was buried complete or was already smashed. The pit may have been under the floor or by the foundations of the house.  Click here.

A suspected witch bottle was unearthed by archaeologists during a dig at the site of the New Civil War Centre in Nottingham.  The bottle was 15cm tall and was thought to have been used in the 1700s

Witch Bottle found on the Isle of Purbeck

The rare witch bottle which was found on the Isle of Purbeck is thought to have protected cows from distemper.   It is rather a strange case, as it contains no human vestiges.  It was found buried below a wall on the parish boundary between two villages in 2005.

Dated 1830 this “witch bottle” was discovered in 2004 and buried in old foundations in the Lincolnshire village of Navenby.  Discovered by accident during building work, the artefact initially sat unrecognised in a cupboard. Jo Butler, the house’s owner, described what they found. She said: “The builder was breaking up foundations with a pick and he came across the bottle.

“We saw it contained metal bits and this kind of strap but had never heard of witch bottles and put it under the stairs.”

Protecting hearth and home from such malignant forces took various forms, including putting shoes beneath the floorboards and walling up cats.

Witch bottles, often made from stoneware, were most common in the 1600’s, at the height of the witchcraft scares.

The Navenby example, however, has been dated at 1830, a time when such beliefs were thought to have been dying out.

“This late date is really incredible,” said Finds Liason Officer Mr Daubney. “Such traditions do tend to linger in more rural areas like Lincolnshire and Norfolk but this is very rare.”

The Stafford Witch Bottle

This  17th century bottle, was found by a team of archeologists digging up the old Tipping Street car park in Stafford in 2009. The glazed “Bellarmine jar” was found on the site of the former Turk’s Head pub.  The jar stands at around 6 inches high, and has a grotesque gargoyle design on the outside, designed to scare off witches.  It is thought that the design was meant to represent Cardinal Bellarmine, one of the Roman Catholic leaders of the counter-reformation, who may have been seen as a bogeyman in protestant England and Germany.

Witch bottles were typically made from earthenware, stoneware, or glass jugs or bottles. The bottle’s contents varied, but typically contained a mix of
Sulphur

  • Nail clippings
  • Hair
  • Human urine
  • Sharp things: nails, pins, thorns, glass, etc.

Iron nails – the longest is 9 centimetres – and hair discovered inside the bottle

This  salt-glazed jar was discovered 1.5 metres below ground by archaeologists from The Maritime Trust, a Greenwich-based charity that preserves historic sailing vessels. When it was shaken, the bottle splashed and rattled, and an X-ray showed pins and nails stuck in the neck, suggesting that it had been buried upside down.  Further computed tomography scans showed it to be half-filled with liquid, which later analysis showed to be human urine. The bottle also contained bent nails and pins, a nail-pierced leather “heart”, fingernail clippings, navel fluff and hair. The presence of iron sulphide in the mixture also suggests that sulphur or brimstone had been added. “Prior to this point, all we really knew about what was in witch bottles was what we read from documents from the 17th century,” says Brian Hoggard, an independent expert on British witchcraft who helped analyse the bottle. These texts suggest “recipes” for filling a witch bottle, but don’t tell us what actually went into them.

Many which have been found, concur that the bottle would then be buried, sometimes upside-down. It would either be hidden, typically under the fireplace, or buried at the farthest corner of the property.

For protection, the idea is that the ‘taglocks’ (the nails, hair, urine, blood etc.) represent the person being protected. Any curses, harmful magic or spirits will be drawn to that bottle, rather than the person in need of protection. The baneful magic or spirit will then be trapped in the bottle by the sharp things.

It is also important that the taglocks are made of ‘dead’ material rather than ‘live’ material that is still connected to the person, such as blood or sexual fluids. If it contains ‘live’ material, the curse can supposedly still attack you from within the bottle, due to this connection.

For cursing, you would put the same items (or as many as possible) into a bottle and bury it on the target’s property – the idea being that the sharp things attack that person.

Additionally, a witch bottle could be created to break a curse. The victim would urinate into a bottle, sometimes adding sharp objects to harm the witch who cursed them, and throw it into a fire. When the bottle exploded, the curse would be broken and the witch would be weakened or harmed. (As a word of warning, there are better ways to break curses than risking being hurt by glass shards.)

If you choose to make a witch bottle, it is important that you are responsible. Do not bury items that are not biodegradable, especially as witch bottles contain sharp things! Instead, you could bury the bottle in a planter.

Hermes Psychopompos by the Kind of Tymbos painter

The lekythos was used to hold olive oil and precious perfume. Lekythoi were frequently left on graves as funerary offerings. On this vessel, Hermes holds his staff and his wand, and stands next to a large burial pithos. Winged souls of the dead hover near the mouth of the jar – perhaps they are being released to follow Hermes to the Underworld, or the god could be shepherding them back to the grave, so as not to trouble humanity.

Today is Chytroi, the final day of the festival of Anthesteria. Chytroi were utilitarian cooking pots, and on this day a special porridge was cooked and offered to the spirits of the dead, who had been participants with the living in the festival. Libations were poured at the graves of family and other esteemed and beloved dead, and offerings were made to Hermes Chthonios. The last act of the Anthesteria festival was to proclaim to the spirits of the deceased who had joined the celebration of the festival, “‘Out! Out! Anthesteria is over.”

Zeus and Hera Greek, Geometric Period

Pair of bronze figures, probably Zeus and Hera Greek, Geometric Period (circa 750–700 B.C.E.) Possibly from Olympia. Museum of Fine Arts, Boston via http://www.mfa.org

Theogamia, celebrated in late January or early February, is the anniversary of the wedding of Hera and Zeus. It is said that their honeymoon on the island of Samos lasted for three hundred years.

It is an especially good time to reflect that lasting partnerships don’t “just happen”, whether for humans or for deities; such relationships require unlimited amounts of respect, compassion, and dedication from each participant. And in the same way the commitment of Hera and Zeus to their marriage creates and preserves the stability of the cosmos so, too, the dedication of human partners creates a comforting and safe refuge in the home.

“For there is nothing better than this: when two people maintain a household together in oneness of mind, a great woe to their enemies, and joy to their friends.”

Temple of Ba’al and CERN March 2017

There is no machine anywhere on earth bigger or more powerful than the Large Hadron Collider, located at CERN in Switzerland. A collider that spans 17 miles in length; it is the most powerful particle accelerator every made and many eminent physicists believe that what scientists are doing there has the potential to destroy not just the world, but the universe itself.

Just to write such a thing seems ludicrous, “…the power to destroy the universe…” However, Professor Stephen Hawking, a man considered the equal of Einstein, has this to say about the Large Hadron Collider and what it may discover. He believes it “…could pose grave dangers to our planet…the God Particle (also known as the Higgs Boson Particle) found by CERN could destroy the universe.”

So …keeping in mind this, why on Earth is the Nimrod Palymra Arch Opening near Cern in March 2017?

Fabulous presentation by R$S Round SaturnsEye

Shocking!! “Arch of Baal” to be built near CERN on March 25, 2017.

Illuminati anti-christ ritual exposed, Palmyra Arch.
This agenda is using “imititative” and “symbollic” magic to represent ‘the gate’ or ‘portal’ of Baal/Nimrod/Babylon ritualistically.

March 25, 2017 is the 84th day of the year 2017 in the Gregorian calendar. There are 281 days remaining until the end of the year. The day of the week is Saturday. SATURNday.

On Sunday 12th February 2017 the replica  of the temple of ba’al was erected for the opening of the World Government Summit based in Dubai.   The World Government Summit Organization is founded in collaboration with the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, United Nations, World Economic Forum, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, OECD and CLAD. Together with this organisations, the World Government Summit Organization  aims to commit itself in shaping the future of more than 7 billion people across the world. This global platform is dedicated to shaping the future of the government worldwide, in which the organisationsutilise  technology, innovation and opportunities to enhance and solve the problems facing humanity annually.  A really good article written by Alex Newman entitled At “World Government Summit,” Top Globalists Drop The Mask delves into the operation and is really worth reading here.

According to one rabbi  this has created a scene that  symbolises the dangerous fusion of Ishmael and Edom against Israel.

The temple erected here, during this auspicious event is the globalists dream of a utopia where humanity has been united under a one world government, a one world economy and a one world religion. The globalists understand the power of symbols very well. The erecting of this arch in Dubai at the exact same time the “World Government Summit” was being held sends a very powerful message.  Unfortunately the mainstream media in the western world  were almost entirely silent about this summit.

Now, cast your minds back to 2016 when originally the plan was to construct a replica of the temple of ba’al in both New York and London, but after massive amounts of uproar from the people – UNESCO and the Institute for Digital Archeology announced that they would not reconstruct the temple of ba’al but rather they would rebuild the arch of Palmyra.

Erected in London

A recreation of the Palmyra arch, a Roman arch destroyed by Isis, goes on display at City hall Park in New York Photograph: Raya Jalabi for the Guardian

The Arch of Palmyra, or also known as the Arch of Triumph is essentially the entranceway to the temple of baal. “The Monumental Arch was built sometime during the reign of emperor Septimius Severus, which lasted from 193 to 211 AD; it linked the main street of the Colonnade and the Temple of Bel.” Bel and Baal are the same deities. Both are represented in the Bible as the enemy of the Sovereign God, the Living God, the God of the Bible better known as Yahweh.

Hawking goes onto say that the Large Hadron Collider is generating such unbelievable amounts of energy that there is a danger it could inadvertently create a “vacuum bubble.” Essentially he is saying that because the universe is fundamentally unstable, in discovering the Higgs Boson, such tremendous energy is released that space and time itself can collapse catastrophically through something called “vacuum decay.”

Neil de Grasse Tyson, physicist and Director of the Hayden Planetarium (and a prominent atheist), also believes, like Hawking, that the experiments being planned and conducted at CERN are a legitimate danger to the future of mankind.

Both these eminent scientists have sounded their warnings independently. Both of them are genuinely worried. Hawking has even suggested that the LHC and what they are doing there actually “scares him.”

Indeed, so dangerous that some scientists have even taken out lawsuits to prevent and restrain CERN from operating the LHC at full power until a comprehensive risk assessment of dangers is undertaken. The lawsuits have failed and no such risk assessments have ever been undertaken

From recreating the Big Bang, to creating Dark Matter, to discovering and producing strange matter called quarks and stranglets – something that can only be done at almost unimaginably powerful high energy collisions to produce the conditions necessary to bring about actual time travel.

In 2004, The Indian Government gifted a Statue of Shiva, a god of creation death and destruction.

Symmetry CERN “Dance of Destruction”

During 2015 Illuminati Watcher reported that a piece of Art was being released by CERN.

This from an ‘artistic point’ was a fabulous film which portrayed performing arts and technology colliding  with the Higgs Boson.  The dance was called  “Dance of Destruction”.  The ‘film’ is about a physicist named Lucas who is evoking a goddess deity named Claron (aka Shiva) through the Dance of Destruction. She communicates to him like Aleister Crowley’s spirits did, and instructs him on what to do. Here’s a snippet of the explanation of this video:

Claron McFadden appears, asking him if he loves the particle more than he loves himself, and, if he could, would he become one with the particle.

However, it is all rather sinister.   The spiritual realm is real and the spiritual warfare that takes place there is real, something that is an anathema to these scientists. Could it be possible that these scientists inadvertently end up opening a portal or a door not to another dimension, but into the spiritual realm, perhaps even to the Bottomless Pit or the Abyss itself?

People today have become so desensitised to the supernatural that they have forgotten just how dangerous it can be. For most of humanity the existence of another realm, a spiritual realm is a mere fantasy.   Why, on Earth would the gateway to the Temple of Baal visit CERN?

Game of Hounds & Jackals

Game of Hounds and Jackals

Period: Middle Kingdom

Dynasty: Dynasty 12

Reign: reign of Amenemhat IV

Date: ca. 1814–1805 B.C.

Geography: From Egypt, Upper Egypt; Thebes, el-Asasif, Birabi, pit tomb CC 25, debris, Carnarvon/Carter 1910

Medium: Ebony, ivory

Dimensions: Board: h. 6.3 cm (2 ½ in); w. 15.2 cm (6 in)

Credit Line: Edward S. Harkness Gift, 1926

Metropolitan Museum of Art , 26.7.1287a–k

This is the description from the Metropolitan Museum of Art: “The board rests on four bulls’ legs; one is completely restored and another only partially. There is a drawer with a bolt to store the playing pieces: five pins with hounds’ heads and five with jackals’ heads. The board is shaped like an axe-blade, and there are 58 holes in the upper surface with an incised palm tree topped by a shen sign in the center”.

Howard Carter and the Earl of Carnarvon reconstructed the game as follows in their publication of the find (Five Years of Explorations at Thebes, A Record of Work Done 1907-1911, London, Oxford, New York, 1912, p. 58):

Presuming the ‘Shen’ sign … to be the goal, we find on either side twenty-nine holes, or including the goal, thirty aside. Among these holes, on either side, two are marked ..nefer, ‘good;’ and four others are linked together by curved lines.. Assuming that the holes marked ‘good’ incur a gain, it would appear that the others, connected by lines, incur a loss.. Now the moves themselves could easily have been denoted by the chance cast of knuckle-bones or dice….and if so we have before us a simple, but exciting, game of chance.”

Excavated by Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon, 1910; acquired by Lord Carnarvon in the division of finds.

The palm tree is clearly visible on the Egyptian board.

This beautiful ‘game of life’ was kept in the Canarvon Family Estate and was donated by the George Herbert, 8th Earl of Carnarvon in 2012.   The family seat, Highclere Castle, has achieved notability as the primary filming location for the television series Downton Abbey.

George Herbert, 5th Earl of Carnarvon, at Howard Carter’s home on the Theban west bank, according to Griffith Institute, Oxford

One may wonder why this intricate treasure remained in the Canarvon Family estate for such a long time.  George Edward Stanhope Molyneux Herbert, 5th Earl of Carnarvon, DL (26 June 1866 – 5 April 1923), an English aristocrat is best known as the financial backer of the search for and the excavation of Tutankhamun’s tomb in the Valley of the Kings.  Lord Carnarvon was an enthusiastic amateur Egyptologist, undertaking in 1907 to sponsor the excavation of nobles’ tombs in Deir el-Bahri (Thebes). Howard Carter joined him as his assistant in the excavations.  It is now established that it was Gaston Maspero, then Director of the Antiquities Department, who proposed Carter to Lord Carnarvon.  He received in 1914 the concession to dig in the Valley of the Kings, in replacement of Theodore Davis who had resigned. In 1922, he and Howard Carter together opened the tomb of Tutankhamun in the Valley of the Kings, exposing treasures unsurpassed in the history of archaeology.

So why named Hounds & Jackals?

The Egyptian jackal was regarded as somewhat sacred by the ancient Egyptians. So much so that one of their main and most important gods beheld the head of a jackal. That god’s name was Anubis, and he was considered a god of the underworld. The ancient Egyptians looked at death in a different way than most of us do today, and so they valued animals that they believed would guide the dead to the next world…which obviously included the ancient Egyptian jackal in the form of Anubis.

Egyptians likened the intricate voyage through the underworld to a game. This made gaming boards and gaming pieces appropriate objects to deposit in tomb.
